We're committed to getting your ModBrace to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping:
- Base Shipping Cost: $5 flat rate for all orders
- Shipping Method: Australia Post Express Post for fast delivery
- Processing Time: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Delivery Time: Express Post typically delivers within 1-3 business days to most Australian addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help:
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or defective ModBrace, we will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Wrong Size
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer free size exchanges if you've purchased a size that doesn't fit your build. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Contact us via email or our contact page to initiate a return or exchange
- Product must be in original, unused condition for exchanges
- We'll provide a return shipping label for faulty products
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Warranty & Support
1 Year Warranty - All ModBrace products come with a 1-year warranty against hardware defects.
We're committed to providing you with a quality product that lasts. Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use conditions
- RGB lighting component malfunctions
- Structural integrity issues
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or misuse
- Accidental damage or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with incompatible hardware
