Ships worldwide from Australia. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.
We're committed to getting your ModBrace to you safely. Here's what you need to know:
- Where we ship: International orders welcome — shipping options appear at checkout
- Pricing: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for your destination
- Currency: Checkout is processed in AUD. Cart currency switcher shows approximate local prices
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being processed
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or defective ModBrace, we will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
Unused products in original condition may be eligible for return. Contact us first — for international returns, return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

- Product must be in original, unused condition for change-of-mind returns
- We'll provide a return shipping label for faulty products where possible
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Warranty & Support
1 Year Warranty — All ModBrace products come with a 1-year warranty against hardware defects.
We're committed to providing you with a quality product that lasts. Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use conditions
- Display / electronics faults under normal use
- Structural integrity issues
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or misuse
- Accidental damage or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with incompatible hardware

What is ModBrace?
ModBrace is a smart PC display with live software modes — and it can also mount as a GPU support brace.
How long does install take?
About 30 seconds. Connect via USB port or USB header, then use the ModBrace software.
Do I need to use it as a GPU brace?
No. Most people use it primarily as a display. GPU support mounting is optional.
Can I make my own modes?
Yes. Use the editor, browse the Layout Store, or build custom modes — including community uploads and reactions.
Which colours are available?
Black and White, so you can match your PC build.
